Who is Arise Virtual Solutions?

Arise Virtual Solutions is the middle man between Top companies known Nationwide and customer service agents that want to work from home while providing top quality service from anywhere around the USA. The Arise Platform secures the agreement with the big companies and provides training for all agents that want to be customer service certified by the client that they choose to service. We are not your traditional call center they provide state-of-the-art cloud-based technology, and performance-enabling processes, to help customers reach the next level of customer service performance. Arise has been in business since 1994, is accredited, and is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Arise has been featured on many major news networks including CNN, Good Morning America, Fox News, and many more. They are also a part of Michelle Obama's Joining Forces initiative, which is working to bring 100,000 jobs to veterans in need.

I don’t understand how this works, can you simplify it for me?

Fortune 500 companies outsource their customer service calls to Arise Virtual Solutions-Arise then outsources to independent business owners like Let’s Boss Talk, Llc to find agents that want to work customer service jobs from home. Each agent must be certified for the company that they choose to work for (training is also done in the comfort of your own home). Once you become certified with your client, then you are able to start taking calls directly from your home. All of the systems that are utilized are computerized so as long as you have internet service and a phone line then you can log into your clients portal and have access to all of their systems and start taking calls from anywhere! What kinds of clients and/or programs are available?

The great benefit with working with Let’s Boss Talk, LLC is the ability to choose the type of client/program that you want to service. Currently, Arise has clients in the Technology, Travel and hospitality, Utilities, Automotive Support and e-commerce business & much more…

What type of calls will I be handling?

Our agents will be taking inbound calls, chats and/or emails, providing customer service, technical support and/or sales for our clients. You can find more info on the portal in the client’s info sheet under “What to expect” but majority of the calls are some form of customer service. But most important is that there is no cold calling involved!

How many hours am I required to work per week?

You can typically work as many hours as you desire. However there is a minimum of 15 hours per week that you must commit to. The great benefit is most clients are 24 hours, so you can work your 15 hours whenever you want to!

I already have customer service experience, do I have to do the certification course?

Yes, everyone is required to take the certification course on the Arise platform before you can begin servicing a client program. All agents must take and successfully complete a client the certification course. This is required in order to be able to service their account. The course provides information on the client’s systems that will be used by agents during servicing, as well as the performance metrics laid out in the operative Statement of Work and other information about the client program. The great thing is the course is led by an Arise certified instructors with several years experience with their client. By the time you are done with training you will have all of the knowledge as if you were a regular employee for the client.

What can I expect during training?

Let’s Boss Talk wants you to have great success with your training. We have created a helpful tool that we give to all of our agents to help them succeed with their training. Each session is normally 4 hours long and is offered at various times of the day. The course is instructor-led but there are also self-teaching components, and there may be homework that might need to be complete prior to the next day’s class. But most important is that class is offered in the comfort of your own home!

How long will it take before I start earning money?

The Admissions process can be completed in as little as a couple of days (depends on your background check!) Certification courses required to service a particular client can all vary. Some are as little as a week and others is several weeks.

Do I get paid for training?

You only get paid when you are taking certification calls. You earn in income after finishing your certification.

How often will I get paid?

Directs deposits every 2 weeks right into your bank account.

Do I have to pay any fee’s?

We have a low flat service fee is $40.00 per paycheck which covers administration, payroll and Arise fee. Your service fee will never exceed $40 per pay period. Let’s Boss Talk has to cover business costs including Partner fee’s, computers, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fee’s and more. Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed!

Will I be an employee of Let’s Boss Talk,Llc or Arise?

No. Our agents or CSP’s are independent contractors of Let’s Boss Talk, LLC. All Agents/CSP’s will receive a 1099 for your prior year compensation. You are responsible to pay all of your own taxes. There are quite a few tax benefits for being an independent contractor with Let’s Boss Talk, LLC. Check with your local tax advisor for more information regarding tax perks.
